State Tax on AP's

I know the Florida state tax is already included in the price of an AP. My question is, if I purchase my AP's at a Disney store in Massachusetts, do I have to pay the 5% Mass state tax as well? If the answer is yes, guess who's taking a drive up to tax free NH!!!!

When I bought our AP's we only payed Florida tax--no 'terrible Tennessee tax' added on.

You do not pay the Massachusetts tax since the AP can only be used in Florida, not in Massachusetts.

And the new FL tax is 6 1/2% now.

It depends on what county you are in for the sales tax. Disney is located in Orange and Osceola county. Ornage county is 6.5 % and Osceola is 7.0 %.

I think for ticket purchases they use the 6 1/2%. I always knew that about the 2 counties, that was explained why the All Stars have the higher room tax.

The only thing in Osceola is the All stars.
