OK. I figured I'm not likely to get half the states, and don't think I really want to try. 
So, I'm offering the states I do have to those who are trying to finish their sets. I realize most are likely to have these, but if you need them, let me know. I'm up for pretty much any trade (except states or DS). I'm trusting you guys not to put these up on Ebay, 'kay? 
I'd prefer to keep them if you're just going to sell them. (None are in package.)
