startsampling.com changes?

I used to be a regular visitor to startsampling.com a few years ago but haven't been there in a while. The freebies thread reminded me of the site so I went to look at the samples. They have a lot more now than they used to and it seems that they've changed their old rule that you could only get 1 sample a day.

But it seems that for each sample, now you have to register and fill in loads of info (name, address, email, phone, etc etc) at every different manufacturer site? I remember it being much easier, that the startsampling.com registration was enough and that there were no additional registrations when selecting samples

Also I have thousands of "Frequent Tryer Miles" but there's nothing to redeem them for

I rarely use Start Sampling anymore, as there are better sites out there. I tend to use Buxr a lot (www.buxr.com), which has user-submitted freebies and samples. I can't tell you the huge amount of free samples - many of which we'll be using during our June trip - I've gotten through the site. Love it!
