New FTM Program - Coming Soon!
While StartSampling has awarded over 100,000 prizes and our members have redeemed over 127 million miles since the inception of the FTM program, lately the availability of prizes has not been as plentiful as you, or frankly StartSampling would like. Our company remains focused on providing our members with brand name, quality samples, offers and contests that we know you're interested in and as many opportunities to "Try Something New!" as possible. However, we do understand the frustration several of you have expressed to our member services team about our current FTM program. We are, therefore, planning for new ways to update the FTM program that balance economic realities while maintaining the value and integrity of the existing program.
Our intent is to have a revamped FTM program in place by February. The revised FTM program will be expanded to allow you to apply your Miles (i.e., those you currently have "banked" or accrue going forward) for significant discounts on great, brand-name merchandise - including electronics, books, videos, and much much more. While this is a departure from our current program, we hope you'll agree that the changes will be worth it as there will be a much wider variety of higher quality products available - addressing the number one issue raised by our members.
We are developing a new FTM program that has our members' best interests in mind and maintains our program in an economically viable manner for StartSampling. We realize that not everyone will be happy with these changes. Frankly, given the fact that StartSampling has over 1.5 million members it is impossible to please everyone. The new FTM program will allow us to continue to reward you, our most loyal members, while ensuring our remarkable community survives and prospers.
For those of our members that have been with StartSampling since the beginning, you know that the FTM program has undergone a number of changes for the better. We're confident that you'll feel the same way with this latest round of enhancements once you've been through an initial transition period.
