Starting to freak out !! Need some help ?!

Hi this is my family's 1st trip we are going 5/5-514 it will be myself, DH & DD6 we are staying at AOA (dd loves Ariel) we will not have a car !! Here is my plan we have the regular dinning plan

5/5 arrival day plane lands at 10:30am go to resort check in then DTD 4:00 reservations at t-Rex

5/6 (Tuesday) MK be there for RD stay till we are tired I have 3 FP+ picked out for space,speedway,buzz all for well after lunch plan on hitting splash and BTMR at RD then doing everything else on that side then lunch QS and off to tomorrow land dinner QS !

5/7 HS (Wednesday) be there for RD stay till fantasmic I plan on TSM @ RD I have 3 FP+ picked for TSM again (while DH does Rocking roller coaster) star tours and TOT !! Lunch at sci-fi at 1:30

5/8 (Thursday) off day ! This is where I'm lost I added and extra day of park tickets in plans to go to Epcot in the after noon for WS and perry missions !!! (Will make since when u see 5/12 & 5/13)

5/9 AK (Friday) RD safari then I have 3 FP+ KRR , EE, safari in after noon !!! 6:00 dinner at rain forest cafe

5/10 MK (Saturday) BBB @8:00am (only day it was available pre park opening cuz I deff would not have chosen Saturday ) CRT @10:15 am plan on doing just fantasy land this day then BOG @5:00 for dinner I have FP+ picked for ETWB, meet Ariel, and want to get MSEP when the dates open !! I do not plan on doing the mine train cuz I know it will be crazy !!!! How bad is the park really going to be on this week with the mine train media event ????

5/11 off day (Sunday Mother's Day) breakfast @ Ohana at 10:00. Then dinner at 1900 for 5:30. Maybe play mini golf and swim !

5/12 Epoct (Monday) be there at RD here where I'm lost my plan was to book it to Norway for Anna and Elsa but aren't they moving to MK ?!?! I planned on 3+ hours wait DD6 is obsessed just like everyone else then do future world lunch at coral reef for 1:45 I have FP+ for soarin misson space and nemo and no WS cuz we would have done it on Thursday!!! so if A&E move to MK then I will not need my Thursday in Epcot ! And I can hit TT at RD !!! Then when done in FW head to WS and Thursday can be a real off day (cuz DH wants some time to actually relax on vacation lol)

5/13 MK (Tuesday) be there for RD pretty much anything we missed or want to do again !!! Along with A&E if they are here !!! Plan on Merida and rink this day as well Crystal palace at 5:00

5/14 departure day plane leaves at 2:30 maybe swim in the AM before we check out !!!

How does that look ? All the days are recommend except my HS day :/

I'm really worried with all the construction on the castle and hub will I be able to at least get a somewhat decent pic with the castle in the back ???
Also the media event and the mine train opening I'm starting to really worry we won't be able to get anything done ?!?!?! Sorry this is so long but need some advise. Thanks for reading

Yes, the Frozen princesses are moving before that. But we have no idea whether there will be a FP for that -- hopefully for you there will be, since I wouldn't want to wait 3 hours for anything. But yes, it will be crazy busy with the Mine Train anyways -- so maybe you should consider using the FP for Frozen (if they do it) instead of the parade. It's a really long parade route with a variety of good places to sit. But you won't need to wait more than an hour in a good spot, so you would save yourself some time.

you could split up your Epcot fp's -- do the right side (Soarin, Nemo and one other, like Figment) and the left side on your way to WS (Mission Space) the other Epcot day. that still gives you 2 more fp's to pick for Epcot.

Or just take Thursday off and make DH happy -- mine goes to play golf and we go to the parks without him.

Buzz probably won't require a Fp+ so if you need to switch if Anna and Elsa are in MK, that's the one to change out.

Are you factoring in Festival of Fantasy parade?

To ease your fears, the Castle construction should be done by May, so the crane should be gone. The landfill work on the Hub is beginning and they do have walls up, but they shouldn't be directly in front of the castle. The Moat will be dry, but that probably wouldn't show up in your pics anyway.

The Mine Train hype shouldn't affect you too bad. If it opens, it might get busy on the weekends, but it will concentrate at the Mine Train. Lines for that will be long. Grab a FP+ should they come available, or just hit it at Rope Drop.

The Mine Train Media Event is scheduled for end of April - May 2... you will miss it, but, this does mean the Mine Train will be open when you are there!

Someone else posted about re-arranging your Epcot visits. You can visit the aquarium without eating at Coral Reef. The thing about going there for lunch or dinner, besides being meh, is that by lunch-time a family is usually in the WS. It's quite a hike back to Coral Reef in the Fla. heat and sun, then back to WS to continue your visit. Possibly consider something in World Showcase, or Coral Reef for dinner on your way back out.

My comment really was about AK. You say it's your first visit; you might not be familiar with other things at AK. The Nemo live show is adorable, and it's near Dinoland. Your afternoon FP+ for the Safari might be a bust bc the animals "hide out" in the hot afternoon. There are some great foot trails (Pangani Forest and Maharajah Jungle Trek, plus Rafiki's Planet Watch train ride) and they're full of animals to see. Very well done. It's Tough to be a Bug is a favorite, near the Tree of Life and Discovery Island trails. Also a great show is Flights of Wonder. As you enter AK there is a daily schedule of shows and events. Your AoA Concierge desk should have this, too, for all the parks.
