We are staying at Pop Century but will have a car.

My questions:
  • Is car or bus better to the four different parks and Disney Springs?
  • What is the best time to arrive at the bus stop if you want to be there at opening for all the parks?

A car will be quicker to all parks except Magic Kingdom. I'd recommend being at the bus stop at least an hour before opening.
I agree. It's always faster to take the bus to MK because it drops you of much closer to the gate. Other parks and DS it's 50/50 in terms of which is better. If it were me though I would drive for the simple fact that when you are ready to leave you get in the car and go. There is no waiting for a bus or not getting a seat.

I drive to the parks. The ok transportation situation in the morning doesn't help in the evening when I'm at the second furthest away bus stop (seemed to always be that way in the past) waiting for the third bus to have room. I prefer to be on the ferry cooking off while traveling to the parking lot.

To Disney springs...we had a decent bus ride there last time.

I like to drive everywhere, even Magic Kingdom. I don't trust Disney's bus service and would rather be in control of my own schedule. It's true that the buses bypass the Transportation and Ticket Center, while driving will force you to take a monorail or ferry to the front gate, but I still think it's worth it.

Either way, I'd definitely take your own car to the other three parks. That's not even debatable as far as I'm concerned.
