Ok, its not as dark as it seems, I swear! Back on 1/1/08 I started my weight loss journey. From my highest weight to my lowest, I lost 126 pounds. I got down to 116lbs

I lost my job in the beginning of May - I was at 125 that day, and I haven't seen that number since. As of today (after my workout), my weight is at 147. It may not seem like a HUGE gain, but to me, it is. NOTHING fits, not even my bras or underwear! I went to the gym yesterday, and got a great work out. Yesterday, my weight was 145 - This morning after my "great work out" I was up to 148.6!!!! :headache:

I'm not going to let it upset me, I know I'm in this for the long haul.... I went back to the gym today, and worked out even longer and harder. Today I'm starting on the healthy eating, and plan to keep with it. My biggest issue is to NOT under-eat, which is a big challange for me. When I'm "being good" most of the time my caloric intake is under 1000 calories - Not good. However I just plugged my info into my gyms website, and it says I should be eating 1800-2000 calories... Of course it also has me as a man... LOL

Anyway, I'm back at it - Darn, maintenance is the hardest part!

I beg to differ.... Maintenance is easy if a healthy lifestyle was used to lose the weight. ei. many crash dieters crash back up. You are not one of those from what I read. You simply got caught up in the stress. That by far is the toughest thing to manage. We all know that cheating a day here there and yonder is not a bad thing. It's just that the body craves something for comfort for many, or in your case, rejects the need for food as it deals with stress.

Here's to hoping the stress risers from 2011 fall away.

under 1000 calories? yikes! that doesn't seem like enough?
