Well its been one week since starting here with WISH. Let's recap my week:

I only went to curves twice!... BAD (came down with nasty cold)
Half heartedly paid attention to WW...BAD

...Luckily, lost one pound...VERY LUCKILY!! good thing it didn't go the other way. A loss is still a loss.

I was lucky this week, but must get back on track for next week! I'm not off to a good start effort-wise (hiding behind the I have a cold excuse) NEXT WEEK: NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!

Congratulations on being lucky and losing that pound. Don't dwell on what happened last week (against the WISH rules, you know). We can't go back and change the past so just worry about right now. You will do great, I'm sure of it. One day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time. You will reach your goal!

If you wouldn't have commited you may have 'gained' a pound instead of LOSING one! Congratulations on the loss........ That is an entire box of butter you have lost --- 4 whole sticks!

I agree with everyone - bravo on your attitude!!! No more excuses!!! :) They won't get you closer to your goal! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Sometimes that first pound is the hardest and since you have NO EXCUSES you will be losing many more pounds very soon! :)

Hey, one pound is a HUGE achievement- if you did this everyweek you'd be down 52 pounds this year! And some weeks we may weigh a pound or two more because we're excercising more or it may be that TOM visit- also take measurements for those weeks the scales don't go down but your clothes do fit looser. GREAT JOB on your first week- we're all in it with you!
