How long is this parade? Just wanted to know how soon after to make an adr after the parade is over.

We have seen this parade many, many times and it is about 12 mins. long. Be sure to check the times guide when you arrive because the starting time changes during the year along with Fantasmic.

Just keep in mind it will also matter where you plan to seeing the parade to figure out the time. For instance, if the parade is at 3:00 and you make Sci-Fi ADRs for 3:15, you should find a viewing spot right near the start of the parade and you can shoot right in on time. (This is what we have done.) If you take it in from the main street, it won't be arriving there until, say, 10 minutes later, and then navigating to the restaurant through the crowds is another few minutes.

If your dinner reservations coincide with a parade time, you can experience the parade and still make the reservations on time. First, understand the parade runs for a little under half an hour. So, if the parade is at 4:30 and your dinner reservations are at 5:00, you can theoritcially make it. First, position yourself on the side of the street that your restaurant is on. If you get caught on the opposite side of the street, you won't be able to cross. Also, make sure that you're as close to the restaurant as you can while still enjoying the parade. Also note, although the parade begins at a certain time, the farther down the route you are, the longer it will take for the parade to reach you and end.
