Stars and Motor Cars Parade ?

The Stars and Motor Cars parade starts at 5:30 PM on 6/30/06.

We have a 5:30 PM H&V dinner planned(Fantasmic Pkg) . Can we at least see part of the parade ?
Does the Stars and Motor Cars parade pass by H&V ?

Should I ask for a 6 PM H&V, if available ?

They'll hold your reservation for a period of time, 1 hour I believe. The parade only lasts 20-30 minutes at the most. Position yourself in front of the restaurant across from the lake about 30 minutes prior to the parade. They'll readjust people that are too close to the parade route. Sometimes they use tape and sometimes not. Any CM worth their weight will help you get in a good spot.

I moved our ADR to 5:50 PM - so we can see some of the parade.

Thats what I would have suggested!! You can still get a great spot over by the ABC Theaters, on the 1/2 wall and then when the parade is over just kinda walk straight across and you are set! Have a great time, its our favorite parade (even though they took the Hercules car out of the parade. )

One of our favorite parades, too. There is a yellow or white painted line on the ground that you have to stay behind. We stand right by this one bench every time - so that we don't get dark pictures from the area by the Busts and Sounds Dangerous/ABC. The character interaction is one of the best as far as parades go.
