Starring Rolls & Studio Catering Co in DHS

Do you know if these two CS restaurants have special hours or are they open during park hours all year? I seem to recall both of them being closed when we walked by but didn't really pay attenion as to when they were open.

Starring Rolls is one of my favorite CS places in the parks.

I think it closes at 4PM but they do run out of sandwiches before that.

Starring Rolls definitely closes early...by 4:00 p.m., although we have seen it closed at 3:00 p.m. one day in January, too. They do not make the food there -- all the sandwiches & bakery goods come from elsewhere, so when the food runs out for the day, they close. They can & do run out of sandwiches early. We have been there at 12:45 when they were down to one sandwich choice (3 on the menu, but 2 were already sold out.)

Studio Catering Co. is open for lunch & early dinner, but I think they also close early - like 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. I think the food stands at the front of the park - like Rosie's - stay open until park closes.

Thank God for the DIS boards!
I called Disney to see about the hours and the CM told me that both restaurants are open from park opening to close. I knew that wasn't true, but wasn't sure of the approximate hours.
