starlight safari - cancellation policy

Thinking about booking starlight safari in March and was playing around with the reservation system today and woaaah - availability is difficult. Are these reservations similar to dining - in other words, do I need to keep refreshing like crazy because others are also constantly booking/cancelling? My dates aren't firm yet so I'm wondering if I book now and decide to cancel more than 2 days before, will I get a full refund or partial?

There is a good amount of activity with guests making changes as their travel plans change but I don't know that you need to go crazy until closer to the 30 day window of your arrival date.

You will forfeit the entire price of your tour if you no-show or cancel within 2 days of your reservation. Guests must be at least 8 years of age to participate in Starlight Safari, and Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

The part about the cancelling within 2 days is what confused me - if I cancel 3 days before, will I still get a full refund?
