My family and I are very excited about our first trip to Disney. Our itenerary has been made since January so now it's just waiting another week before we can see how realistic it is. After listening to the Dis last week there was mention of starbucks coffee. Should I be loading my card at home and using it on Disney property? Silly question maybe but I love my starbucks.

The only Starbucks I know of on WDW property is at the Shades of Green. It's a small kiosk near the ticket counter. Unfortunately, you have to have a military ID card to get in there or be escorted by someone who has one.

Perhaps someone knows of another one? Both DH and I are serious SB junkies and would dearly love to see them in all the hotels. :thumbsup2

If there was a Starbucks available in the parks, I don't think I would ever, ever be without a frappicino.

There are coffe places on resort that brew Starbucks, but as far us specialty drinks (frappucinos, iced coffee, chai, etc.) that they do not supply.

This is about the recent stay we had at the Dolphin. Picabu uses Starbucks coffee (but they don't make any of the specialty drinks.)

I was the lucky one who had to hear about Pete's hatred for Starbucks 'swill.' ;) I, on the other hand, was doing my coffee happy dance. :yay:

Pete was happy to find out that they use a different brand of coffee at the Dolphin's lobby bar. They have coffee/pastries in the morning and they do make cappucino, latte's etc. Sorry, can't remember the brand of coffee used there. It was mentioned in the podcast.

I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have a Starbucks on every corner (there's literally one I can walk to from my house)...anyway, the coffee at WDW is the one thing that disappoints me every time we visit. :sad2:
