Not trolling, seriously interested in peoples opinion.

When Disney first announced that Starbucks would be going in where the Main Street Bakery was a lot of people weren't happy. Yes, Starbucks fans were happy. Others seem to think that this would destroy the character of Main Street. Or that it represented some type of creeping commercialism. Anyway, now that Starbucks has been there for a while, do you still feel the way you did beforehand?

I feel the same way I did before: "That's kind of lame". No huge love or hate then, nor now. I'll be curious to see the other replies though.

I don't think it takes away from the ambiance of Main Street and I like Starbucks, so I thinks it's a win-win.

Same as before: don't care. I don't see how it's out of theme, and I find the Disney Starbucks locations to be the fastest anywhere- it's amazing.
I think the best one is the DCA one though. The seating area is perfect, and rarely busy. Pretty well themed too.

Disney has always had 'proud sponsors' throughout the Parks.

The relationship with Starbucks was nothing really new.

While I enjoy Starbucks coffee, I am completely indifferent to their presence.

I don't think it ruins anything because of it being so well themed. There isn't any glaringly obvious signage and others in our party thought it was a main street confectionery at first glance (and even after going in!)

While the partnership is likely rooted in dollars, it's really about service. Disney is notorious for having terrible coffee. Partnering with Starbucks, a world leader in the coffee industry, makes perfect sense because customers value it. Main Street still looks the same, but the coffee is better.

I've never been a Starbucks fan but their tea is better than any other tea I can get on vacation so I make do with it !

To be honest... Starbucks knows how to turn out coffee drinks in large volumes and keep lines moving. I see no reason to object to Disney outsourcing this to experts in the field.

To expect Disney to be expert in every task is silly. They might do better with more third-party restaurants as well.

Didn't and still don't have a problem with it. It looks great and they do have a very efficient system. I never was attached to the original bakery that was there so I really didn't care. Heck I was just happy to get new You Are Here mugs.

I like some of Starbucks coffees and I don't have a problem with them being in the parks. I like some of the Teas they have as well.

It's a non-issue.
It's only obvious it's a Starbucks if you go in or look for it specifically.
Considering how abysmal the coffee was before that it couldn't help but be an improvement

I haven't been to Disney in a while and didn't know about any of this. I couldn't understand how Disney was "getting away" with offering a Frappuccino on their menus. :)

The Trolley Car Café at HS is a Starbucks, too, but I had no idea since I couldn't find any Starbucks signage online.

It means I can get decent coffee in the MK, so it was and still is ok with me, and a venti iced unsweet green tea on a hot afternoon is ok with me too:)

I just wish they would serve Starbucks brand coffee in the resort CL lounges and in the rooms.

I enjoy Starbucks coffee and think that it has been tastefully placed on Main St. in the sense that it is discreet.

Disney has always had partnerships and sponsorships with big brands as far I can recall...Coco Cola, Kodak, Dole, for example.

I was always a fan. I never got the people who said Starbucks didn't belong on main street as it was the outside coming in. There have been sponsors and outside shops on main street since day 1 so it wasn't anti Disney to me. I absolutely adore the one at Disneyland that has a seating area and feels like you are in a coffee parlor from the early 1920s. That is hands down the best one. I do wish the WDW omes had seating areas like the DL/DCA ones do.
