Are you able to use Starbucks Gifts cards at the location in Disneyworld?

Yes. I've used them in both Disney Springs and in MK.

Yup, you just cannot use them to redeem a free item, as I recall (at MK, DS is fine).

You can use the app to pay at all Starbucks locations (and you earn stars), but you can only redeem star rewards at the DS locations.
