Is the Starbucks at Cabana Bay crazy busy in the mornings?

Starbucks opens before anything else at the resort. It can be busy or quiet depending on the time of year. And how early entry to the parks are

Starbucks opens at 6 and the food court opens at 7. Since there are coffee makers in the room it's not as crowded as you would think. I guess it depends on what time you go. I never use the coffee makers in the hotel rooms and was glad that there was a starbucks that opened that early. Would rather pay for Starbucks coffee than the food court coffee.

When I went at around 9:30 one morning, the line was wrapped all the way around the wall and was rather intimidating, but it went so fast. They had all of their registers open and I think it was maybe 10-minutes before it was my turn to order.

The only weird thing to me was that the cashier didn't hand you your pastry if you ordered one; they would call your name at the end of the counter for that too - I'm sure that just makes it more efficient for the cashiers to just take orders/payments.

Not sure where they got what they call coffee in the hotel rooms but it was like trying to drink dirty dishwater. I just swore off coffee for most of the week. I did go to Starbucks once or twice ( and I do not like starbucks) to get coffee. I did notice that the coffee there taste different (better) than what we get at Starbucks in Atlanta. Here it justs taste burnt no matter which one I go to.
