When I went at around 9:30 one morning, the line was wrapped all the way around the wall and was rather intimidating, but it went so fast. They had all of their registers open and I think it was maybe 10-minutes before it was my turn to order.
The only weird thing to me was that the cashier didn't hand you your pastry if you ordered one; they would call your name at the end of the counter for that too - I'm sure that just makes it more efficient for the cashiers to just take orders/payments.
