Star Wars Weekend

My kids love Star Wars so we are headed down the last weekend of May right after Memorial Day for a Star Wars Weekend. What can we expect out of Star Wars weekend? Is it something we can hit up first thing in the morning at rope drop stay through lunch then crash before a different park at night or should we plan on an all day even with Fantasmic!?
