Thank you!
Question though - in between shows at the premier theater, do they make guest exit (or can they stay there for all three shows)? The reason I'm asking is because we have a dining reservation at 4:00, and want to see the Maul show.

Yes, they make them exit and line up for the next show outside.

Who here is familiar with Characterpalooza? Fantasmic is showing 9PM with some 2nd showings at 10:30. Does this mean there won't be? I'm accustomed to checking it out when Fantasmic is playing earlier. I don't recall what happens when Fantasmic is done later.

I haven't seen anyone answer this for you, and I just now caught up.

Typically Characterpalooza in the Animation Building happens any day where there is no Fantasmic before 7:30p, even days with no Fantasmic at all (back when that was an issue). With those show times, I would expect the full four sets of Characterpalooza. Set 1 should appear at about 4:50p, Set 2 about 5:20p, return of Set 1 around 5:50p, and return of Set 2 around 6:20p.

Since it's completely unofficial, I can't tell you it's guaranteed--but I think it's a pretty good bet. Good luck! :thumbsup2

Here's a blog I did about Palooza: http://kennythepirate.com/2012/05/08/tuesday-tip-take-advantage-of-character-palooza/

Thanks guys. I'm used to seeing the first two rounds only. Trying to fit it in before Hoopla.

I have skimmed most of this thread and I am so excited to take my oldest over Memorial Day weekend. I know it will be crowded, but we are also attending the Girl Scout 100th Anniversary at Epcot that weekend so the Star Wars weekend is an added bonus! :yoda::chewy:

Same here. :thumbsup2 Original plan was to go to Wknd 3 and 4; but once I found out about the Bridging Event, needled and pleaded w/my manager and will work Labor Day instead of Memorial. Wahoo! My girl will be the only one from her troop to do this. 2 major events pocketed. So Wknd 2 and 3, here we come!

Gotta find a way to laminate a Lime Green Mickey Head or put the design somewhere on my shirt or backpack.:scratchin

I think next major job will be to ID Cheshire Figment; we're going to Typhoon Lagoon during the week. Last year we went we missed him by a few minutes.

Off to work; check w/all tomorrow.

I do have a little green Mickey head hanging off of my mini-backpack that I wear. It is brown w/ teal circles that appear to form Mickey heads in some parts! Maybe we will run into you. I was told that each event of the GS weekend can handle 5,000 people so it will be packed! I hope to meet some new disboard friends. We will be there the 24th-29th. It is a quick trip!

I've tried skimming this tread, but it's tired & I'm late...I mean, it's late & I'm tired. (Yikes! :lmao:) I will be arriving this upcoming weekend, the 19th. My initial plan was to hit HS, but with it being SWW, I'm not so sure I want to. I only want to see the Studios - ride ToT, RnR, TSM,; have no interest in the SW stuff. Will the crowds at the rides be hugely affected or will the majority of the park be dealing with SW stuff? I did read that Sunset Blvd. won't be terribly crowded, but would like like to know general wait time ideas or if I should just skip that park entirely? Thanks! :thumbsup2

well in the morning no one will be riding the rides so itd be a good time to slip in and hit the big ones and slip out, but eventually the rides will be slammed

I am sure this will be answered in the next few days, by the weekend at the least - I am looking for a price on the Star Tours/aurebesh nametags. Thanks in advance, gang.
