Hey you'll. Does anyone know when the Star Wars merchandise is going to be released in Hollywood Studios? I know the weekends start on Friday. Does it ever happen that the merchandise is released before the actual event?

Last year they sold a VIP package that allowed you to buy the merchandise before it's released to the general public. If you're serious collector it may be worth the price, but the rest of us have to wait until the first day of SWW. as far as the information I've found online, the exclusive merchandise is available from Darth's Mall the first Friday of Star Wars Weekends, and the mall is only open Friday,Saturday and Sunday for each weekend. I think select items may also be available in the Star Tours gift shop, but not before the actual first Friday of the event.
