Star Wars Virtual - Kessel Run Late Registration?

So I am a bonehead and didn't realize the cutoff for this was 3/1 and was hoping to make a last minute trip down to do the first order challenge to get the Kessel Run medal.

I went to do this last Thursday 3/1 but it ended the day before. I tried calling run Disney and they told me to email rundisney and I still haven't gotten a response.

There are still openings for the run, but not sure I wanna do it if I can't get that millennium falcon medal.

Anyone have any tips on how to actually get ahold of someone at Rundisney who can give me an answer?

I read other thread and saw it sold out in early February. oh well you snooze you lose I guess.
