Star wars/Toy story conundrum.....

First world problems over here but... am i totally crazy to think we can do all Toy Story rides in the first part of the day? Then Staw wars later in the day?
Hear me out-- book star tours, smugglers run, for evening with genie plus. then we early entry slinky dog, get on the other TS rides and character meets. then our lunch res is 1245 at woody's bbq then head back to contemporary take a break change into star wars outfits and finish the rest of the day with star wars land? Obviously we'll do all of the other attractions as I can grab them in between the two.
It's me my husband and 2 boys (5 and 3) we just love both and we want to wear that theme for when meeting that character and doing those rides etc. i know it's stupid to even ask, so please don't come for me lol

I think that's doable. My sister did RD with EE and knocked out all of TSL and GE by 11:30? No Genie+. I would book Smugglers run and then keep modifying it until later in the day.

I think it depends on the time of year you go. Right now in the heat it might be a lot, but if it isn't 150 degrees totally doable. I would also suggest Rise Individual Lightning Lane - you can pick your time later in the day. Good luck! I love a good themed outfit!! good for you doing an outfit change!!

I think your plan will work (barring unforeseen circumstances such as thunderstorms, ride breakdowns, etc).

I would do SW in the morning especially if you are going on ROTR as it breaks down a lot so I would book an early time for that and that way if there is an issue you can come back any time but if you book for the evening you might be out of luck. Even if you get the SW area done the first part of the day stop by at night it is a different experience.

i should add we're going next week! Picked a hot week in august because the south and FL kids are going back to school or have already started. Hoping crowds are lowers despite it being hot as hell.

Honestly with the heat, TSL is better to do in the morning, there's practically no shade in TSL. Rise is sooooooo temperamental, there's no good time of day to plan on doing it. But I think if you book the ILL for 5-6 PM, that might be enough of an insurance policy for it. If it's down you can redeem it anytime the rest of the day.
