They released the waivers and race program for WDW today, so hopefully this means we'll have SW stuff next week! And if the program is out then that means the course will be out. :hyper:

The wait on this one is driving me crazy!

Finally bit the bullet and purchased airfare this morning. Now just to decide where the lodging shall be.

I wish the wait would go a little slower! I picked up a lot of work recently and have barely had time to think, let alone train and rest. Gah! We're barely a month away and once again I am not ready.

Oh well. Something always happens, right? Sorry I haven't been around to keep things interesting.

Have you floated away yet? :rotfl2:

Are you going straight from WDW to DL or do you get to stop at home 1st?

You'll do great! :goodvibes But a lot of work means some extra money for races, I mean things in general right?

I know what you mean about slowing down a little. 2 weeks would be perfect. I was trying to figure out race outfits today and think I might have to go w/o outfits or theming for a couple or re-use an old one. I don't have enough time for 7 new ones. :sad2:

Taking a couple of recovery days in WDW then non-stop first thing Wednesday morning, non-stop to Cali for a couple days of play pre-challenge then a red eye back to Florida and then the long drive north.

That's a trip! :goodvibes Yay for waivers!! And they're starting to load teh cpurse maps too! 5k just got loaded and 10k is up too. Hopefully 1/2 in the next 1/2 hour. Love the 10k course!

Yay!!! I'll check it out from home tonight!!!!

Kim - How'd you fare with the storm? Looks like the bay got hit harder than we did! We had high winds and steady rain but we survived. Actually its still raining now but the creek behind our house looks ok!

Winds weren't really bad here which was good. We had a steady ran all day too, only flooding were on a few street corners where the drains got blocked. It says on weather.com that SJ got 4.75 inches which is crazy.

My husband and I both got the corrals we probably should have been placed in at least.

I'm worried about being swept now though as I'll be in E and not sure how my recent injury is going to affect my speed.

You'll do great! Just try to move as close to the front of the corral to give you a little padding. The time limit starts when the last person crosses the start line so however many minutes in front of them you are gives you that much more time. :goodvibes

I'm unhappy with the 1/2 course but the 5k and 10k looks great!! Can't wait!!

I hate to 2nd it but I feel the same way, this will be my first half and I was hoping to run past some cool Orange Co landmarks besides the convention center and Garden Grove. It be a fun weekend regardless but I'm glad I'm not the only one to think the course was alittle lacking.

But overall I bet the on course entertainment will be fun and help push to the finish!
