They really need to fix being able to join the vq if you aren't at WDW. I can only imagine how many people will test it causing later times for those who are actually there- not nice.

Thanks to this thread I joined the VQ while still in the car. We are inside and and in the for opening day merch. They are lining people up by Fantasmic for that.

Does anyone know if outside the gates they are separating guests who are there for Galaxys Edge entry? Or does everyone have to enter in the same lines? Want to take the kids to RNR and ToT this morning.

Yeah, ResortTV1 just showed the line for SR. It snakes through GE out into TSL and back into GE.

Got a boarding group to return by 8:58 but that wasn’t going to work for us. I removed everyone and tried to get a new boarding group and now it won’t let me unless everyone is in the park. So they must have fixed the loophole. Will try again later.

I’m in Chicago and can’t join a boarding group either (I have dated tickets that start tomorrow so not sure if that’s the issue or because I’m truly not there)

I don’t have that luxury due to how DAS works I will have to fight the crowd to get a return time for Rise or Smugglers time. Unless they set up a kiosk like DL but I’m not hopeful about that.

Friend really likes SW so I’m hoping for his sake it’s not crazy by our trip. Because if it is I don’t know what we’ll do.

But there are! All the Parks have a couple of them now, and it's my understanding that you can ask for return times for DAS there, like you do at DL. We'll see how it works in practice!

No but I was following along!

So we have 0810 reservation time at Droid Depot and the cm monitoring the line said for us to just come up at that time to be scanned in. He said there are 12 spots...3 of which are left for stand by builders and 9 with reservations.
