Are they going to close any rides or attractions to make room for the 'Star Wars expansion?

I personally was nervous when I saw "Disney closes down multiple rides for SW expansion" articles returned from Google - but when I read which attractions, phew!!

I didn't realize it was a permanent closure! Bummer!

Rumors are that they are rerouting the train, changing the course of the river, and lopping off part of Tom Sawyer's Island to make room for Star Wars Land. At WDW they are permanently removing New York Street and the Osborne Lights.
