Star Wars dessert party in January

We're visiting Disney World in January 2019. I have been looking at Hollywood Studios park hours, and the park closes at 8pm, which is after Fantasmic. Don't they have Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular? And what about the Star Wars dessert party - doesn't it run during the winter months?
That would be such a disappointment We've really been looking forward to it...
