Star Wars Day at Hollywood Studios 2021?

I have a trip planned for May 1st-4th 2021, which has been in the works for a year. I made park pass reservations a while ago but now I'm questioning things since my HS day ended up being May 4th. Personally I am not big into Star Wars, but I definitely want to visit the area and ride the rides.

Right now I have:
Arrive Friday night
Saturday: AK
Sunday: Epcot
Monday: MK
Tuesday: HS (flight leaves at 7:15 PM)
My question is whether Saturday or Tuesday would be better for Hollywood Studios? I'm leaning towards switching AK and HS.

I would switch. The park is limited to reservations, but more people will park hop to HS on the fourth, keeping it busier than normal all day.

It wont be noticeable enough for it to be the reason that you change days. For me, I want my departure day to be the simplest so my choice would likely be more connected to where I stayed.
