Star Wars character meals!

I'm so happy for everyone that got a resi but I am soooo bummed we can't go. We leave 7.30am May 4th!!!!! Our plane leaves at 10.30 and the ME has to take us 3 hours early. Of course this is the only plane that day from our airline.

We would have done breakfast and dinner if we could. I'm seriously going to have to forget about this so it doesn't put a damper on our vaca.

For those few of you like me with existing ADRs for H&V, they were all cancelled last night by Disney guest services, however, they were all rebooked (or at least supposed to be) for the same times, party sizes, etc.... Because of this, guests were given new confirmation numbers but it is my understanding that MDE blipped and didn't send all guests emails, so that would be why you might not see a H&V ADR in MDE. If you don't, just call dining and they'll give you a new one.

I got dinner on 5/23 and breakfast on 5/25. Can't wait!

I've been on hold for 20 minutes and counting...if I can get a reservation our contemplated trip in may will become a definite trip!

I tried calling the main reservation line on my other phone, but just ended up listening to the hold music in stereo. It took me several calls just to get onto hold -- both numbers initially said all circuits were busy.

ETA: Took about 30 minutes on hold, but got the breakfast at 8:35 on 5/10.

YES!!! TA emailed us earlier this morning - we got breakfast on 5/24 and dinner on 5/23!

I was too so I grabbed another phone. I called the main # 407-939-5277 and kept saying "cast member" asked to be transferred to dining. Got through in 2 mins. Got breakfast 6/8!!!!!!!

It took seriously just 60 seconds to get someone live and I got 9:20AM on Saturday June 7th!!!

TOTALLY agree! I called and waited 20 minutes on the regular dining hotline earlier today, only to be told my date was booked for both events. Just a bit ago I saw this thread and called the number above and was able to book them both in about 5 minutes with no issues at all! SO excited!!

me too! Was waiting on hold on the dining line for 15 minutes with my work phone, and while I was waiting I read this thread and called the main line on my cell phone. got through in less than 3 minutes.... and I booked Sci Fi at 8:05 AM on the very first star wars weekend day, May 16th!

I just called WDW - DINE , it said "all circuts busy" hmmmm

i think they should have it ALL year round, more for boys

Keeping hitting 0 and say cast member over and over until you get a person. Tell them you want to make a dining reservation. I got through in less than a minute to change the ADR I made this morning.

Got a 10:45 "breakfast" on 5/22!! Swapped out my 50's lunch at 11. My kids are going to be SO excited.

No the CM just said it is for sure 2 dinning credits for ANY of the star wars meals, is that true, she went and "double checked"
and said yep 2 dinning credits for all of them per person, so I said no thanks and "hung up"

So I booked a StarWars breakfast on May 16th while I could still get it. But I really have to clear this with the wife. I actually have to clear it with myself.

I'm having a REAL hard time justifying $50/person for freaking breakfast!

How do you justify it????

I called at 11:00am waited about 20 minutes. Got Sci Fi for 8:25am on Fri. May 16th. This is really cool that disney is doing this.

Well, now I understand why the only ADR we could get at H&V for the June date we wanted was at 2:30pm.....there must be a Star Wars character meal that night. I thought it might have something to do with Fantasmic, but I couldn't believe that H&V had nothing that day after 2:30.
