I would hope they work better on the app this go around. That was a struggle this year.

Struggle is putting it mildly.

Also I hope they fix the lottery. I know some people who got every single panel multiple times because of the way entires worked (you didn’t need a ticket tied to you day, so if you bought 4 single day tickets you could enter 4x for each panel) and some people who got none.

Agreed! Obviously it's a "lottery" but I feel like everyone should at least get into one panel they entered for. And yeah, the app was not great. Communication as a whole will hopefully be improved this time around.
