I would also like to know if photo is included with the meal or if I have to get memory maker to a copy of the pic with vader?

We are a family of 4. Myself, DH, DS9, and DS2. I should not need to purchase a meal for DS2, right? If I did want to get something for him it would be the $28 option, right?

For the little ones, the CMs will bring out something for them at no charge... maybe some yogurt with fruit?

I haven't heard anything about that so I don't know if that will indeed happen

At other TS restaurants, the little ones receive complimentary items, not full entrees but just small portions. Maybe more will be known after they do their preview runs soon.

Really no mickey waffles on the menu?! or just plain waffles I dont want stuffed french toast. wish plain pancakes were an option as well.

Thanks for all your help! We have a reservation May 4th so we won't have time to hear reviews. I'll be sure to pack an extra snack that day just in case. I'm sure he will want some of his big brother's. (Assuming he will order the puffed French toast) so hoping it is a bit larger portion.

You can always share with a child under 3.

We will definitely be willing to share! Unfortunately my 2 year old will often eat more than my 9 year old and myself! I just don't know how I feel about spending $28 for an entree for him.

the menu I saw for the hollywood and dine buffet was basically the same as their regular buffet but with star wars names added, like Kessel spiced roast pork, and Jedi Council meat carving station (and no, there was no Mon Calamari or Boba Fettacine).

Personally, I wish they'd named the breakfast stuff like that, but then I love nerf steak and quadduck eggs for breakfast, with a tall cold glass of blue bantha milk.

Now that there is more info on the menu, how do I add diet special requests to my reservation? Silly me thought that breakfast would not have chives and onions, etc. that my DH is allergic to, so I didn't put it in. Now I can't figure out how to change it on MDE.

just let the greeter know when you get there and then let your server know as well.

Please don't ever assume that an allergic ingredient isn't in a dish. Always let the greeter and server know that you have an allergy. Celebration ER is a really nice place but it's not somewhere you want to spend your WDW vacation at :)

I would love for this to be offered in July! I can only hope. I think the food sounds amazing and even my overly picky family can find something to eat.

I'm sorry I don't have all the answers to everyone's questions. This is brand new and the menu was just recently finalized.
This is new and exciting and something that Disney has needed for boys for forever. I know that if this had been available when my boys were young, I would have been on the phone for hours waiting to book it as well.
As with anything new, there will be kinks and things that need to be worked out. Disney will do whatever they can to make the dining experience as awesome as possible and everyone will just have to trust in that.
If there is anything more that I can pass on I will

I don't think you should feel the need to apologize for anyone about not having all the answers. You were able to pass along more helpful information than needed or that anyone else is able to.

I am super excited for this breakfast! :yay::yay: DH and DS4 (both of whom are HUGE SW fans) have no idea about it and will be thrilled to be there with the characters, which alone will be with our TS credits! This will be a perfect way to start my Mother's Day...making my boys happy! :thumbsup2

The menu is fine. DS is set in his ways of eating and will do perfectly with the french toast sticks. It will be even better if I can get him bacon. As for DH and I, there are several choices I can see us eating.

Thank you very much for your helpfulness and information. I appreciate it very much!

Curious to know how the lighting will be in sci-fi diner for this event. Will I be able to get good pictures with the characters?
