Since we are still thinking about possibly adding direct points, I had a few questions....

Does anyone have any pictures of the outdoor seating?
Do you need a reservation or have to wait very long to get in?
If I get food from Pizza Port, can I eat it at the outdoor tables?
What are the lounge hours, typically? If it's closed, I assume we cannot bring food up there to eat outside?

They don't do reservations, but I expect the crowds vary. When I visited in mid-November the lounge was pretty empty. If you have MMB you get to bypass the regular line but still need to wait if the lounge is full.

I didn't have any problem bringing in food. I ate inside the lounge, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't eat at an outdoor table.

According to the DVC website the hours are 11am to 6pm daily (subject to change). I don't think you can enter the lounge/outside seating area if the lounge is closed.

We have never waited. We do have MMB but I do not believe we would've waited otherwise. You can take food and eat it inside or outside. It's blocked off when closed.

Thanks! Looks like we'd want to pick Pizza Port for lunch then if we wanted to sit outside. We love eating there but on our last 2 trips...finding a seat was ridiculous. We ended up carrying our food over to the Galactic Grill seating but even over there it was tough to find a spot.

Is the MMB charge per person or per membership?

Per member. We only have one MMB under my name. My husband wouldnt ever be going to the lounge without me.

Sounds like you’re firmly caught in the VDH tractor beam!

I didn't have a wait this past Saturday. My previous visit in September had a short wait. That time I was told 10 minutes, but my return time came up sooner. FWIW, I didn't have MMB this year. (I have purchased it for 2026).

You can sit outside and bring food up. There was (and maybe still is) a DVC meal from Pizza Port. Of course, you can get anything from anywhere and bring it up. There shouldn't be a wait for outside seating. It seems like it's been closed about 5:00pm whenever I have been there. That makes sense because there's a different evening event up there that has nothing to do with DVC.

I think MMb really only helps the MK lounge not any of the others I have found.

MMB also helped me at the EPCOT lounge one day last week. While checking-in, the CM was trying to set my expectations as to the length of those waiting and mid-sentence noticed that I had MMB.

Last time that we visited Star View Station, we brought in food from Galactic Grill. Yes, you can eat outside or inside. We specifically didn't order drinks from GG because they're available for free in the lounge. As we were leaving, I was taking my tray back to GG, and CMs in the lounge offered to take it and return it for me.

Maybe I have been lucky but the Epcot lounge has been almost empty each time we have visited.

Do they have fountain drinks? Just soda? Any waters or other options?

Are the outside tables the ones I can see along the edge by the railing outside?

It’s freestyle soda machines are you familiar with those? They also dispense water. There is also a coffee/latte machine. Also you can get hot teas and iced tea. The there are snacks like Oreos and cheezits.
And they don't limit you to just one snack like Florida lounges do. I was amazed to find a basket of snacks set out that you could select what you wanted. I wasn't made to feel like a greedy so-and-so because I took two snacks instead of one.

In didn’t notice FL limiting.. uh oh … lol

I’ve never noticed them limiting snacks, but I’ve never really been tempted to binge those snacks either.
It’s so wrong that I wish all the lounges had the messy extra crunchy Nature Valley granola bars 🤣🤣. Had to get more than one or two.
