I just saw a pic of her on TV -she looks totally different.
I don't usually post celebrity threads -but I wondered if anyone else saw it.

I can't wait for her to be back on TV. I think she's as smart a "court" and law reporter as anyone else out there, and that's where I think I'll be a fan of hers. On The View, not so much...

Since she's getting a show on Court TV, I guess that's her "I am serious and smart" look. She's still a self centered phony, imho.

Yea, the first think I thought when I saw the pix was that she was promoting her new "I'm intellectual and newly grounded" image, to fit with her return to CourtTV. I wouldn't have recognized her but for her voice.

She is so condenscending and smug, and I'm sorry she just gets on my nerves. I didn't like her on court tv all those years ago and I never liked her on the view, so I'll be missing the new show I"m sure.

On a lighter note she does look fantastic and while I'm sure she had surgery(yes I believe she had gastric bypass) I don't have any problem with that, I'm all for going under the knife if it achieves a goal to make you feel better about yourself. She looks actually a little on the thin side. I thought her face looked really good last year and that she should stick to that weight and then just get her body tucked and firmed, but it looks like she's lost more and had her body sculpted. But like I said she does look good and I thought she looked very professional in her glasses and suit the other day on tv. I just can't stand to hear her talk.

I find it hard to believe that she lost all of her weight and extra skin, by just hard work. While as far as I know she will neither admit or deny to having anything done. I use to like her, but it seems the more she lost in weight the more she lost in personailty.

I don't like the new look at all. To me she has lost too much!

I once had the displeasure of crossing paths with Star Jones. She was extremely rude and condescending. I don't think she could ever do anything to change my impression of her.

I thought it was a well known fact that she had bariatric surgery about a year before her wedding. I am 99% sure I read that somewhere.

She was a big lady, but if she exercised, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have needed a lot of skin removal surgery, probably just around her stomach.

That was one of the big things when she left The View. She wouldn't admit to having anything done. She did an interview with Al Roker after she left and when he asked. She said something like that was private and not open for the public to discuss.

I think Star just wanted to get under Rosie's skin and not tell her how she did it.

I don't blame her for not discussing her procedure -- if that's what she chose to do. She is at a normal body weight now and if she's healthy that is what's important. She does look completely different.

JMO, but I thought she looked "prettier" when she was a bit heavier. Her facial features are very sharp and pointed now.
