Does anyone know if RCCL has a separate phone number and/or e-mail address for Star Class guests, the way Disney has for concierge guests?

Not that I'm aware of.

You'll get an email from your concierge about 5-10 days before your sailing outlining what your benefits are. You can respond to that email with any special requests, dining times, show times, etc.

Star class on RC is a little different than concierge. If you’re booked in star, you should receive an emailed survey about 30-45 days before your cruise. Between 2 and 4 weeks out (usually 28 days), you will receive an email from your genie introducing themselves. At that point, you would request specialty dining and show preferences.
