Staples Back to School Supplies Bargains

I got an e-mail from staples this morning that included a $5 bonus reward (min purchase $5) as well as 8 really really good coupons - they included 24 pack of Sharpies $5, 100 pk HP glossy photo paper $2, 60 pk Bic pens $2, Ream of Paper $2, plus more. These are unadvertised specials so check your e-mail.

Looks random...I got the 8 coupons for items, no % coupon. Good deals though, especially on the Sharpies.

We've been out for a week exactly today. But they are still having some school supply deals. I think in part because a lot of the schools around here participate in the Staples school supply fund raising program so the school supply lists for September go out 3 weeks before school ends. I anticipate most of the other stores around here will have school supplies deals starting in another month or so.

I got an e-mail with the $5 coupon. It said "click here" to print and "click here" to use it online.

Nothing happened when you clicked on either place.

I tried calling the number on the e-mail, but she was unable to help me. She said to call the Staples Rewards number, and I didn't have time to deal with it.

Does your e-mail have a picture with a bar code on it and your name and member number? If yes, then it looks exactly like the coupon that I got when I clicked on the print button and if that is the case they you should be able to just print the e-mail and use that to redeem it at the store. Not sure what happens if you click to redeem it online The only difference between the click here to print coupon and the one that showed up in my e-mail is that none of the other coupons were on the page.

I got another email today that has 8 coupons in it but they are for food, trash bags, cups, etc.
