I know the standards insides don't have the split bath, but other than that, are there differences in the amount of space or storage?

Yes there are sideways rooms, which are configured differently. They have the door in the middle, the bed to one side and the bathroom to the other side, which give a better use of the space.

We won't choose one of the sideways cabins, because we don't like being forward. Hoping to compare the regular layout cabins. I think I've stayed in an 11B before and seem to recall there was less space and was missing some storage, but it's been so long, I can't remember exactly.

There probably is a difference in storage space, but I didn't notice. The desk, tv cabinet, wall cabinet all seemed the same between our two inside rooms. My parents were fine saving some money and not having the split bath, however my family (DH, DS4 and myself) were happy to have the split bath. Although their single bathroom had a more open, bigger "feel" whereas ours felt like two tiny bathrooms. No complaints. We loved our cruise. There's tons of storage unfder the bed no matter which stateroom you choose. :)

I booked the 11B when it was for two adults. But now I've added a third adult, so I'm debating whether I need to upgrade.

I remember feeling the storage was limited while sailing in a standard inside on the Fantasy. Storing suitcases under the bed is nice, but that isn't helpful when you need more drawers for use during the cruise. We used the coffee table block, and storage was tight just between me and my young son. For 3 adults, I personally wouldn't do it. I know the insides are a bit bigger on the classics, though. Can't remember what storage was like when we sailed inside on the Magic.

I have done a standard with 3 people and it was way too small because of lack of storage space. The deluxe inside has the same storage space as oceanviews or most verandah rooms.
