Standard View BLT

I am going to try to get a standard view 2 br at the 7 month mark for my "sister trip". Is there any good request I should ask for? Is it good to be on the same level as the bridge to CR or maybe on the first floor near the pool. If I can't get sV I will try lake view. I no I may not get it but I will be happy at BCV I just thought it would be nice to try a split stay. It is for the first week in Oct 2010. I'll be grateful for any suggestions.

I believe standard view is only on the first four floors so you wouldn't be able to stay on the same level as the bridge which is on floor 5.

If you get a lake view, I'd put a request in for a north end high floor even numbered room...........you may also get a small view than of MK and their fireworks.

We had a standard view, dedicated 2 bedroom. The views were great from this room - it was the last room on the first floor on the outer part of the C, on the Contemporary side. Our patios overlooked bay lake and the marina. The only issue is that there is a walkway and people do walk right by, but it was sort of nice to say hello to them. If I remember correctly it was room 7044. We did a split stay with Beach Club and it really was the best of both worlds being able to walk to Epcot, Studios and Magic Kingdom.

FYI - I attempted to get a Standard view 2br for the first week in Oct at 10 months and none were available. Of course something may open up but I'd be planning on lake view. Also - at first I waitlisted but then decided to stay with the MK view so I'm not in front of you anyway!

there are 5th floor standard view - on the north side - there is a service area there - you can see the lake, tennis courts, service area, & MK !!!!
