Standard rooms at AKL!!!!!

We are going for 9 nights on Oct. 22nd. and have a standard room booked. I requested a room close to the food court. Are most of the standard rooms close to the main building where the pool and food court are? I'm a little confused about AKL layout. Thanks, Linda

Yes most of them are. Even some of the pool views are.
You will love it there!!!!

AKL is one building kinda a double horseshoe. We book a Standard but got a Savannah View. Zebra Trail Room on the Uzima Savannah it was perfect.

AKL is all one building, like others have said its like a double horseshoe shape.

Mara the quick service place is on the lowest level near the pool, you have to go outside to access Mara but its a quick nice covered area. All of the eating places, Boma, Jiko and Mara, are all in one central location near the lobby. the lobby is where the 2 horseshoes come together
