Standard room-club level at AKL

Is a standard room-club level at AKL considered Concierge Level and is it eligible for the Sunrise Tour at Kilamanjaro ride?

I believe Disney refers to concierge level as club level. We have a standard, club level room booked for December and we did book the Sunrise Safari through the IPO. You can email them directly and give them your travel info, or you can wait for them to contact you. This is the email: wdw.aklodge.concierge@disney.com
