mellbell13-DS made his own envelopes too, and we, likewise, did well in the towel animal department. We even got one at turndown at WL one night, which was nice.

Mostly, I just expect the room to be relatively clean and the beds made--I'm sure they don't always have time to do the 'extras' that we all love!
