Where are the GUn owners? I am a Gun pro person and this was insane. HOW the hell did he get that ak 47. I will stand up and scream that? I am going to talk to my other family members and ask this. I am pissed off. Yopu wanted a gun pro to be pissed off I am.

I also want to say your podcast made me go talk to my son. I was surprised at my son's response when I asked him about Gay vs straight conversation. I was a proud mother when he said Why does it matter to me if they are gay? It happens in animals, and we as humans are animals. It is just natural. It is human nature to love someone. Even if its the same sex."

Awesome - glad something so terrible caused you to have a wonderful conversation with your son, and find out what a great man and human being he is. That's a testament to BOTH of you, and the values you have obviously instilled in him, and to him for living them. That's what I meant in another post about "living your own little life in your own little corner of the the world to change what you can, and be a better person" to give a beautiful testament and legacy to all those that were lost. It would be great to make HUGE changes in the whole BIG world, but that probably ain't gonna happen, so we gotta change WHAT we can WHILE we can.

The only reason that this was not the first time discussing the issue of same sex love with my daughter is we have a family member who is a lesbian and it is treated no differently than our family members who are part non white. (Most of the family is not only white but so white we don't tan we burn blister and peel so please pass the aloe to make us feel better types)
