My DW is into making her own greetings cards and stamping the designs onto them.

Apart from Stamp Cabana and Stamp Your Art out, does anyone know of other shops like this in the Orlando area ? We always have to spend a few hours (seems longer ;) ) a couple of days each holiday visiting the shops so she can stock up on her supplies.

Thanks

Michaels on I-Drive has a belwidering array of stamping and scrapbooking supplies. Its a US chain of hobby and craft stores (very similiar to HobbyCraft here in the UK but MUCH bigger!!). If you are flying back from Sanford there is also one on the Seminole Town Center Mall complex.

Downtown Disney has a new "scrapbooking" store where the old 2rs reading and writing store was. Well, its the same store with new stuff! They also had some stamping stuff.

Good luck!
Allie.

There are several stampers/scrappers on this board. I'm sure one of them will pipe up and help you out.

You're a nice husband. My DH refuses to allow me within 20 feet of a stamp store while on vacation.

My other half is also into making her own cards. It is her intention to find some ar/craft shops and purchase in Orlando as the prices are cheap compared to home. Please if you can remember can you tell me where the two stamping shops that you mentioned.

Thankyou

Dave F

you may want to check out the craft forum on The Dis, there are a lot of keen folks there who can help you out.

I have been to many of the shops that Janice mentioned, and they are all good. Michaels is like a warehouse, good for bargains, but not really a specialist place.
Stamp your Art out had more stamps than I have ever seen in my life! But I am not a big stamer, more a scrapbooker.

Dave F - Stamp your art out is on Orange Blosson Trail, just down from the Florida Mall near where the motorway goes over the road (I can't remember the name of the motorway, it could be the Florida Turnpike? ) It doesn't look like much from the outside, and it's pretty easy to miss, but it is a treasure trove inside.

Please invite both your wives to visit us at www.ukscrappers.co.uk where there are quite a few stampers and avid shoppers in our group!

Bev
