Stage performers question and answer time?

Several years ago - quite a while actually - on one of our 7-day cruises, there was an adults-only question and answer session with some of the stage performers. Does anyone know if they still do this? We will be on a 7-day cruise on the Fantasy in December. Also, anyone know who the Cruise Director might be (Dec. 26)?

On the Magic in August we did a backstage WDW tour it was even better then a Q& A each section from lighting, sound, stage managers to performers had there own people speaking.
We were informed about their clothes, the props the pyrotechnics, forthcoming add ins in Halloween and Christmas shows, new shows, Performer schedules, training, duties etc, they answered every question honestly, it was a fantastic tour.

The backstage tours, typically, are on the longer cruises (over 7 nights). We had it on our TransAtlantic cruise. I don't recall that we had to sign up for it. Just show up at the indicated time (it was listed in the Navigator).

I can't remember seeing that on any of our recent seven night cruises.
