At our recent trip to WDW, we had reservations for the Hoop Dee Doo Review. It was mainly for DH's GM(86) and her husband. She had went to it back in 1983 and had always wanted to go back. We decided to make it a family event and made ressies for 13 people. The ressies were made through our travel agent so we thought all was good. We arrive at Ft. Wilderness at 4:50 P.M. (show is at 5:00) and low and behold, we do not have reservations. 
That goodness I had brought my confirmation number with me and it turns out the travel agent made the ressies for the Luau instead.
I about went into panic mode. I had 13 hungry people with me. At first the cast members said it was highly unlikely we would get in. Maybe it was my panicked face or the fact that a Disney travel agent had made the mistake, but they managed to squeeze us in and also get the ressies for the Luau canceled (technically they can charge your credit card without a 24 hour notice). The cast member that helped us was Stacy. She went out of her way to get us in and get the other ressies canceled.
