Stacking CM discounts

I have a Free Dining question - if we book a room during the free dining that's coming up (according to DIS rumor), can we 'stack' the free dining with the CP discount on the room? If I book a free dining package that includes a room, ticket and the free dining, can the CP discount be applied later?
