Stacking AP's?

Currently I have a premium AP but want to downgrade to the newer silver AP at my renewal date. Can I add the after 2 water park pass to it?

For me it makes more sense than going up to the platinum plus pass but I was just wondering if Disney allows two different passes at one time.

Yes, you can have a Theme Park AP and a Water Park AP active at the same time.

Thank you for the quick reply. I thought so but then I started thinking how they don't let you use two tickets in one day and make you get a hopper. Which I understand Disney doing but costs more.

The old system was not a big price difference to me from AP to premium. But now, to go up to the platinum plus is a huge jump. Plus no DQ either to sweeten the deal. I just don't see the need for the platinum plus for me.
