St Thomas/St John Beach Activities

We have entered countdown mode for our cruise on the Fantasy and I have kicked my planning/dreaming into high gear. Unfortunately the excursion we wanted in St Thomas is not available, so we are looking for other activities. Are there any beach excursions that have water activities included? I am looking for things like a water trampoline, snorkel gear, paddle boards, or other fun things for a teen to do. While my husband and I would be quite content to sit and stare at the gorgeous water with a drink in our hands, our son would be bored in a half an hour.

I have tried looking into the various excursions, but either the information is lacking or things have changed since Covid. So has anyone been to St Thomas recently that can share their experience?
