St. Maarten rental comapny's

We want to do St. Maarten on our own and was wondering what rental car agencies where at the port.

Hi.
we rented a Ravjeep from Budget.All the rental companys are in the same spot,when you walk from the docking pier to the busstop you´ll see them.I don´t recall all the brands,but there where at least 5 different ones.It´s a good idea to compare the prizes.We could have gotten a cheaper prize,but I felt better with a well Known company.Car and Service we ok.

I checked with a few of the companies there (as someone posted there is a booth at the end of the port with about 4 or 5 companies) and the one in the middle (think it was something like "Discount" rentals or something) the guy working the counter gave us a discount after I asked nicely about it and also marked on a map different places we should visit. He was very nice.
They had Toyota's for rent. I think we spent $40-$45 to rent the car for the day (and the other agencies wanted $50 with no discounts.)

Went to the Budget website, but it looks like they do not have car seats. Is this going to be a general problem with all rental agencies?
