I’ve always had a thing for St. John, so I’m stoked to finally get to visit. This excursion sounds fantastic - but I wonder if 90 minutes at the beach was enough for those who did this? Normally at home I don’t lay out at all - I’m very fair skinned, and I get bored easily. But, I love the beach and ocean so much, and….I’m not at home, I want to break out of my routine. I suppose it’s possible to take a taxi there? But I love the convenience of a ship excursion, and travel time doesn’t bother me because I love being on the water.

Thanks!

If you're fair-skinned, 90 minutes will probably be plenty of time, lol. Keep in mind you're closer to the equator so the sun's rays are much more intense, so you'll burn much faster than at home.

I’ve had to adjust to the intense sun in FL, but I can imagine how much hotter it is in the VI.

I ended up booking a jeep tour, but that will include stopping at Trunk Bay. An umbrella will help, but yeah - 1 1/2 - 2 hours will probably be sufficient. I’m going to have to pour on the sunscreen, lol

Thanks!
