Yep, just one.

The only 1br's that have two baths are at AKV Kidani and BLT.

same answer as above only BLT and Kidani will have 3. a 2 BR is a 1BR and a studio unless you get a dedicated 2BR where is the only difference will be 2 queen beds in the second BR rather than a queen and pullout sofa.

I just stayed in a 1 bedroom at SSR. The bathroom is in 3 parts. You have a room with a tub and sinks, another room with a shower stall and a sink, and another closet type room with the toilet. You have 2 bathing spaces but only 1 toilet.

Yes, but you can't get to the toilet without passing the glass enclosed shower.
So in essence, if someone is showering the toilet is not accessible.
