Just got back from SSR and was pretty pleased except for ONE thing . . the fold out couch in the one bed room. . . it was awful!!! We went for one week with my parents and thought booking a one bedroom was fine . . did not think that the fold out would be like sleeping on the floor. It was awful. So we had to make a trip to WalMart and get an inflatable mattress. So . . lesson learned. Next time we make a trip with more than just the two of us either get a two bedroom or bring our inflatable mattress =)

Totally agree about the fold-out couches at SSR. I slept on one earlier this month. It actually felt like there was a firmer section that went from the head of the "bed" and ended about mid-chest on me, and then it dropped off into a softer section. It was like sleeping on two different levels! After the first night, I just kept it folded up, took the back cushions off, and used it as a daybed. It was just me and I'm short, so it worked out fine. The fold-outs at BLT are much more comfortable.

Uh-oh, I'd better not let my kids know about that....they will be sleeping on the pull out sofa when we are there in January (we have a 1-bedroom booked).

I would reccommend an air mattress
