SSR views

Anyone have a guess? I'm not familiar with thsi spot.
Would any of the DTD hotels be within view? This woudln't seem very entranting to me...

DH and I just got back, and it seems like it mostly has views of DD and the waterway that runs from OKW/POR/POFQ to DD. You might be able to see some of the real high rise DD hotels, but it appears you'd really have to be looking for them. It doesn't appear that they would be readily in your view. Actually, the location seems OK to me.

I've wondered about this. From what I've seen so far, some SSR units will have spectacular views across the lake to Downtown Disney, while others will have... let's call them "internal views."

There's only one point chart, so there won't be standard and preferred views.

Okay, I assume the internal views will include waterways, gardens, and maybe even the pool, so I'm sure they'll be nice. But I wonder how many posts on this board in the future will start with, "I requested a Downtown Disney lake view at 11 months, and, instead, I got a lousy..."

We looked at some of the views and thought they would be very nice (lake-view of DD). Also, you may see fireworks each night at PI (from your room)!!!
